Final year!

assalamualaikum...

this is my final year as UKM nursing student..insya Allah..pd masa yg sama aktiviti lain brjalan seiring.. tapi mungkin akan pencen semester pdn disebabkan oleh takut tak dpt beri komitmen.. sb ada research.. smoga dipermudahkan... di sini disertakan bbrp hasil kerja sy (dgn izin Allah) utk dilekatkan di board surau..tema dalah simple, menarik dan smoga sy dpt pahal jika org mengamalkannya,,for our BEST(nama surau kami)

Research

Research dan tahun akhir tidak dapat dipisahkan.. memikirkan tajuk sahaja membuatkan saya menghadapi tekanan.. saya ambil keputusan untuk menanyakan senior untuk mohon pendapat..ini adalah jawapannya..

This is my opinion. 
We should focus on three areas: 
1. Effective Care and Health Outcomes (ECHO) 
2. Nursing Health Systems 
3. Critical Approaches to Health and Health Care Elaboration: 

1. Effective Care and Health Outcomes (ECHO) 

This part we focus on quality of care. My interest is on the spiritual needs of nurses and impact on patient behavior, satisfaction and healing process. We also can do research on the importance of spiritual needs among chronic patients for the quality of life and peaceful death. Patient education (family-centered/caregiver) impact on quality of care and prevent of readmission among chronic patient/ stroke patient. This area focus on feeding esp RTF- prevent aspiration pneumonia, Nutritional status, Bedsore prevention, maintain skin integrity, medication administration, CBD how to manage bladder distended- like using hot compress, what to do if still not improve after do hot compression. Create a package of patient education in simple, creative and interesting. These are the common problems. I have experienced with my patient. The caregiver really needs the knowledge. Include how to assess the level of understanding in taking care of patients. 

2. Health System 
Focus on How to help caregiver in the community to get knowledge through telehealth..use current technology maybe fb? smart phone? or etc... We can do research on what the needs of the caregiver in term of knowledge. Again to create a pathway for that.

 3. Critical Approaches to Health and Health Care 
Now this part very critical how nurses with bachelor if nursing could contribute in development of nursing profession and quality of care... or level of confidence of nurses diploma and bachelor of nursing impact on nursing care...
